This list shows the different services we offer for Liquifi.
1. Liquifi hosting
Hosting of a typical hosting package for your liquifi projects.
2. Fixed support
These are typically small support packages, well defined in size. We will continue to compile te list here.
Examples are :
- setup my Liquif
- help me with the setup of a site,(under conditions)
- migrate to a newer Liquifi version (under conditions)
- fixed education packages
- company (face tot face) demo's
3. Maintenance contract / support contract
This are contrats where help/service can be asked on a ticket base. The caller receives a ticket and we will resolve the problem within a period of time.
There are three formula's :
- Gold support : problem will be seen to within 4 hours
- Silver support : problem will be seen to within 8 office hours / 24 hours
- normal support : No period is guaranteed. We try to see to the problem within 24 to 48 hours
4. Enterprise assurance
We guarantee reported problems to be solved within ...
There is a service level agreement
5. development
- development of (custom) components
- develoment of custom designs / implementation of custom designs
- interfacing Liquifi with other software, like ERP systems / CRM systems , ...
